Alexandra began her career in biomedical sciences recruitment before moving to the financial services space.  Over the past 10 years, she has transitioned from the direct selling and recruitment side, to Engagement Manager and now to Business Change and Operations.  

This blend of experience is truly indispensable to Attribution Search.  It enables her to have a unique lens on building out the firms infrastructure, processes and systems with the aim of ensuring every person we hire, is set up for success!

Alexandra enjoys going out with friends and spending time with her husband and the love of her life, her dog, Rocco!! She is passionate about fitness, particularly Peloton and Pilates.  In an early life she was a dedicated swimmer, swimming at national and world level, representing Great Britain at the Fisec Games in 2005, 2006 and 2007 - backstroke was her stroke!

Alexandra holds a degree in Biology from the University of Southampton.
